I made my way to Colorado after living in the Washington, DC area for about 12 years working as a Graphic Designer for a consulting firm. I still enjoy the same line of work but with mountain views. I live here with my amazing partner and enjoy adventuring with her whenever we can. Playing golf, paddle boarding, camping and enjoying Colorado in general with a great group of friends and family, round out why I enjoy this area so much. 

When I started CrossFit, and having a background in professional basketball, I came to realize that my ego and body were not on the same page. Needless to say I was sore and completely hooked from day 1...well maybe day 3 ;) Over the years I have become stronger and better versed in functional movements. Being able to pass on that knowledge and see our athletes get closer to achieving their goals is pretty cool! 

And not to brag, but we have the BEST community!!
